Eugene DePasquale was born and raised in Pittsburgh. DePasquale attended the College of Wooster, the University of Pittsburgh, and Widener University Commonwealth Law School. He is a former three-term state legislator and two-term auditor. He is currently an adjunct professor at the University of Pittsburgh.
