Josh Bashline, a Clarion Township resident, is a graduate of Edinboro University and the Dale Carnegie Leadership Development Program. He serves as the vice chairman of the Clarion County Republican Committee. He is currently a member of the Pennsylvania National Guard and has served for the past 10 years. He worked for the Pennsylvania House of Representatives as a district manager for state Rep. Parke Wentling.
