Mark is from Lock Haven, PA. He graduated from Lock Haven High School and earned a bachelor's degree in Political Science from Niagara University in Lewiston, NY, in 2000. After living and working in New York City through the early 2000’s, Mark moved to California, where he trained as a carpenter and built Passive Solar custom homes with one of the nation’s premier green builders. A lifelong conservationist and environmental justice advocate, Mark returned to South Central Pennsylvania in 2012, continuing to build homes and specializing in historic restoration, sustainability, and energy-efficiency, starting Temons and Co. Builders a year later.
