Additional Comments: The 401K's are volatile. We have to grow our economy through industry. We need to renegotiate with businesses to come back to Pennsylvania, and have a graduated scale of taxes on industry that's favorable to businesses so that the more businesses make, the more the state of Pennsylvania makes.
