Tommy graduated from Clearfield Area High School in 1999 and went on to Saint Francis University, where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in accounting. After spending a few years as an accountant, Tommy returned to the family business. Along the way, he has learned the value of achievement through hard work and determination. Tommy is active in the Clearfield Chamber of Commerce, the National Federation of Independent Businesses, the National Rifle Association, the Loyal Order of the Moose, and countless other fraternal organizations. Representative Tommy Sankey is serving his third term in the General Assembly, his second in service to Pennsylvania’s 73rd Legislative District after representing the 74th District in his first term. During the 2017-18 session, he will be serving on the following four committees: Commerce, Environmental Resources and Energy, Finance and State Government.
