Rigby, a father of three, is a lifelong Ferndale resident who has served the district since 2009 and serves Pennsylvania state house's game and fisheries, judiciary and veterans affairs committees,. He has worked for American Red Cross Blood Services for 26 years. He also has spent 24 years as a part-time officer in Ferndale. And Rigby has been a member of the Ferndale Volunteer Fire Company for three decades and currently is the organization’s president. Rigby aims to make Johnstown area with a plan to battle the opioid crisis and support those on the front lines.
